GRL Kyoto Base
*Open: 11/5 (Thu) - 11/15 (Sun) 12:00-24:00
*On 11/7, 11/13 the Base closes at 20:30, and on 11/10 at 18:30.
*On 11/16, the Base will be closed.
During the days between November 5th and fifteenth GRL Kyoto Base will be open to the public every day. Beyond the scheduled lectures and workshops, there will be spontaneous experiments, mini-workshops and other events happening in this space. The kinetic furniture made out of mass produced objects and waste in this space will be in constant flux. We will have meals/drinks ready for you, so please feel free to drop by everyday!

Work Station
Evan and James of GRL will be working and preparing for their exhibition in London; a media library will be built and open to public as an experiment.
Video Booth
A movie collection of street art and other urban art projects from all around the world will be showcased.
Live cast
We will be live streaming what's happening at the Base every day and connecting with other GRL cells all over the world to share the experiences at the Base and exchange ideas for the further events.
Library
To come to a better understanding of the role and the importance of GRL’s projects, you are invited to visit our mini-library equipped with books featuring street culture, hiphop culture, technology, activism, DIY etc. NOT PILLAR BOOKS will provide mobile bookshop selling a collection of unique and provocative zines.
Cafe
Cafe Hanare will be preparing meals, light snacks and beverages, using vegetables from Oharabo, a group of young organic farmers. On 11/5, 9, 11, 15, Oharabo will set up a mobile vegetable shop, selling fresh and local vegetable. On November 9th, Evan and James will be the special guest chefs!
